In 2010, just over one in four cell phone users had a smart phone. By 2016, it is forecast that three out of four users will. If you're one of that skyrocketing number, your credit union is as close as your pocket. We'll always be where you are. We'll also share with you how to ensure your account is authenticated and how you can protect yourself in case your mobile device is lost or stolen. Online Banking Security Requirements:

We are excited to announce that on Thursday, August 23, 2012 the updates to the Online Banking security requirements will be implemented. At that time your membership will need to follow the guidelines listed below:

  • The members will be prompted to choose a new password. The new passwords will need to be at least eight characters and will require at least one each of the following: uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, and special character.
  • A set of 10 security questions will be presented to the member upon logging in the first time after the update. Of these 10 questions, five of them will need to be answered by the member. After the initial login, the member will only be asked to answer one of the questions while logging in, providing they answer that question correctly.
